We are all slipping into a parallel universe – Top 15 Examples of The Mandela Effect in 2017

What is the Mandela Effect? It’s an unexplained phenomenon that you’ve probably experienced over the last few years without realizing. Have you ever shared a vivid memory of something with many people, only to realize that event never happened? How is it that Millions of people from all over the world with no relation to each other have the exact same collective misremembering of the same event? These false memories have some people questioning their sanity, but the answer is more likely that we are now living in a parallel universe.

The name of the theory originates from many people being certain they remember Nelson Mandela dying while he was still in prison back in the 1980s. Contrary to what so many thought, Mandela’s actual death was on December 5, 2013, despite people claiming to remember seeing his funeral on TV. Since then, there have been many different misrememberings which has scientists wondering what exactly is going on.

There are many different theories out there as to why the Mandela Effect exists. Most recently, many theoretical physicists believe that CERN (The European Organization for Nuclear Research) may have accidentally created an inter-dimensional paradox when they discovered the Higgs Boson “God particle” by smashing Adams together at nearly the speed of light with the The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) Some also believe that it is a result of time travel. Perhaps we all once lived in a universe where things were slightly different and we still remember it that original way but are now merged with an alternate dimension.

No matter what your theory, this list will make you question reality and send shivers down your spine.

This quote from Snow White is the most famous of the movie. Right? What if I told you we were all remembering it wrong? That’s right, it isn’t “mirror mirror on the wall.” In the movie, they say “magic mirror on the wall.” I have never met a person who remembers it this way. It gets even worse.. remember the second part of that quote being “Who is the fairest OF THEM all?” Wong again! In this timeline it’s apparently it’s “Who is the fairest ONE OF all?” Don’t believe it? Check for yourself.

The commercial even spelled out the last name in the song. But it isn’t “Oscar Meyer,” it is “Oscar Mayer.” The way that we all pronounce the company’s name is “Meyer” yet now it’s “Mayer” and makes no sense.

Have you felt confused recently at the grocery store seeing your favorite childhood cereal “Fruit Loops” spelled “Froot Loops” and thinking “I don’t remember the logo looking this way.” Did they change the name?
